Adults-only, inside a family resort
This is the distinction to get straight before anything else. TRS Turquesa is an adults-only hotel, and it sits inside the Grand Palladium Punta Cana complex alongside Grand Palladium Palace, Grand Palladium Punta Cana, Grand Palladium Select Bavaro and a Family Selection wing.
The operator publishes that its guests may use the facilities of three of those family hotels. It does not publish whether the traffic runs the other way.
So if you are buying a genuinely child-free environment, this is not quite that, and the page is clear enough about the arrangement that you can judge it yourself.
What the rate actually covers
Breakfast and dinner, the a la carte restaurants, the Mediterranean Beach Club, a beach grill, premium domestic and international drinks, the bars, non-motorised water sports, the gym and fitness classes, Wi-Fi, daily minibar restocking, 24-hour in-suite service and butler service.
That is the most complete inclusions list of any Punta Cana property we document, and butler service inside the standard rate is something most operators sell as an upgrade tier.

And what it does not
Spa treatments and hydrotherapy. Hairdressing. The CHIC Cabaret. The First Wine restaurant. Car rental. Early check-in and late check-out. The airport shuttle, which is included only for Palladium Rewards members.

23 km from the airport, twenty minutes by taxi — the shortest transfer in our Punta Cana coverage, against 25 km and up to 45 minutes for the Arena Gorda properties.
The room maths

The operator balances that with ten buildings of swim-up rooms, which is a genuinely different way of providing water: instead of more pools, the pool comes to the room.
Three categories are published: Junior Suite Ocean View at around 475 square feet, a Master Suite at around 625 with a private jacuzzi, and a Jacuzzi Terrace Suite at around 590.
