What this site is for

One question: which resort is right for this trip? Everything here exists to answer that and nothing else. We do not publish news, trend pieces, destination inspiration, or anything whose purpose is to occupy a search result rather than settle a decision.

The bar a page has to clear

A resort profile does not publish unless all of the following are true:

1. It states who the resort is not for, with at least one reason tied to a specific fact or a specific gap in the operator’s published information.
2. Its facts come from the operator’s own sources, with dates.
3. Its position on mandatory fees is explicit. Either the operator publishes them and we show them, or we have read the official source, found nothing, and say exactly that.
4. It states that our basis is desk research.
5. No fact on it is sourced from another affiliate site.
6. It carries no price we cannot fully support.

A comparison does not publish unless both resorts already have complete profiles. A “best of” list does not publish unless every resort on it has enough verified evidence to justify its inclusion against the stated criterion.

Why some pages are missing

At launch, several planned pages are deliberately absent. Some resort profiles are on hold because the operator’s own website could not be read by our tooling, and we will not write them from secondary sources. A comparison between two of those resorts is on hold as a consequence. A list of resorts with water parks is on hold because no resort in our current data has a verified water park, only children’s pools with slides, which is not the same thing. A “best value” list is on hold because value is a claim about price, and we do not publish prices yet.

We would rather ship thirty-three pages that are true than forty-five that are partly furniture.

Unknowns

When an operator does not publish something, the page says so, in a section of its own. This is information, not an admission. If a resort will not tell you its kids club age bands or what its rate excludes, that is worth knowing before you book, and it is a fact about the resort.

We never fill an unknown with an estimate, an industry average, or a figure from another site.

Language we do not use

We do not write in the first person about places we have not been. No “we loved”, no “our favorite room”, no invented travelers, no invented quotes, no atmosphere written to fill a paragraph. Where a page describes what a place is like, it is describing published facts or attributed guest sentiment, and it says which.

We do not score resorts out of ten. A single number flattens the only thing that matters, which is that the right resort for one family is the wrong resort for the next.

Corrections

Errors get fixed and dated. If a correction changes a conclusion rather than a detail, the page says what changed and when. We do not quietly edit a page and leave it looking as though it was always right.

If you find something wrong here, telling us is the single most useful thing you can do for the next reader.

Review cycle

Resort facts are re-read at least every six months, fee information every three. Guides are reviewed every six months or immediately when a source they depend on changes. A page’s “last verified” date reflects a real check, not a template change or a cosmetic edit.
