These two properties share an operator, a coast and an inclusion model. Both bundle unlimited access to the group’s parks, ferry crossings and round-trip airport transfer into the rate. On the things that usually separate resorts, they are close to identical.

What separates them is who is allowed in, and what the operator has chosen to lead with. That makes this a clean comparison: you are not weighing a beach against a buffet, you are choosing an environment.

The age question is the whole decision

The family property takes children. The adults property publishes a minimum age of sixteen.

Sixteen is the number to sit with. It reliably removes small children and the noise that comes with them. It does not produce an adults-only environment in the sense most people mean, particularly during school holiday periods when sixteen and seventeen year olds travel with their families.

If your requirement is “no toddlers at the pool”, either the adults property works or, honestly, a quiet corner of the family one might. If your requirement is a genuinely adult social environment, sixteen-plus is a compromise, and there are strict eighteen-plus properties elsewhere on this coast.

The family property is sold on the inclusion model: parks, ferries, transport, scale. The adults property is sold on food, naming six chefs and its signature venues.

You want the same park-inclusive model without younger children in the equation, and you are comfortable that sixteen-plus is the actual policy. Food is a meaningful part of why you are choosing a resort at all. You are traveling as a couple and expect to spend your days out at the parks and your evenings eating properly.

Choose neither if

You want a quiet beach week. Both are built around off-site activity, and paying for a park-inclusive rate you will not use is the expensive route to a lounger. A conventional all-inclusive in the same corridor does that job without the bundle.
