All-inclusive resorts in Costa Mujeres
The criterion, stated first
A resort qualifies if it is an all-inclusive on the Costa Mujeres strip whose operator publishes a readable official source. Two qualify, both Palladium, both from dated PDF fact sheets. Other resorts exist on this strip whose operators we cannot read.
Commission plays no part in this order. We hold no affiliate relationship with any resort listed here, and when we do, it will be disclosed on this page and it still will not change the order. How we make money.
TRS Coral Hotel
An adults-only hotel on the Costa Mujeres strip north of Cancun, built in 2018, with 473 rooms of which 94 are swim-out categories. Five pools, seven bars, white sand and a published lifeguard, 29 km from the airport.
The catch: No published minimum age despite the adults-only designation
Skip it if: Anyone wanting a wholly child-free site
Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres
The family half of the Costa Mujeres village, 493 rooms and built in 2018. More than half the rooms are poolside or pool-access categories, which is the most unusual thing it publishes.
The catch: Publishes no pool count of its own, only the village bar total
Skip it if: Adults wanting a child-free resort
What the strip has in common
Both properties publish 29 km from Cancun International, about 35 minutes, white sand, a lifeguard, and a 2018 build year.
That last one is the reason to look here at all. Most Mexican Caribbean stock dates from the 1990s. A 2018 build is a different generation of room and layout, and these are the only two such properties in our whole coverage.
TRS Coral — adults-only, and the swim-out ratio
Why it is here: 473 rooms published by category, of which 94 are swim-out — nearly one in five. Five pools and seven bars of its own. Six accessible rooms with confirmed level access.
The catch: adults-only in the hotel, but it shares the village with a family resort and its dining runs partly on dine-around into it. No minimum age is published.
Who it suits: couples who want a swim-out room and do not need the whole site to be child-free.
Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres — the pool-access ratio
Why it is here: 493 rooms, of which 265 are poolside or pool-access — more than half the hotel. Room sizes from 66 m² up to a 435 m² Residence Suite with a private pool.
The catch: it publishes the village’s 21-bar total rather than its own count, and no pool count at all. Three children’s clubs named, no ages. Two accessible rooms in a 493-room resort.
Who it suits: families who want a poolside room at better than even odds.
The honest limit of this list
Two properties, one operator. Costa Mujeres has other resorts; their operators do not publish pages we can read and cite, so they are not here. This is a documented sample of a strip, not a survey of it.
Who should ignore this list
Anyone who wants to walk out of the resort into a town. Costa Mujeres is a purpose-built strip north of the Cancun hotel zone, not a place with a centre.
Prices
We do not publish prices for this resort yet. We only publish a price when we can state the amount, what it covers, the basis it is quoted on, and when we observed it.
We have no affiliate relationship for this resort yet, so this is not a tracked link and we earn nothing from it. When that changes, this page will say so and the disclosure will appear above it.
