A comparison across two countries, for one reason

Both are adults-only RIU Palace properties on compact, walkable resort islands with casinos nearby. If you have narrowed to “adults-only, Caribbean, 24-hour all-inclusive, somewhere you can walk out of the resort”, these are the two we can document.

Both publish remarkably little

Neither publishes a room count. Neither publishes a pool count. Neither publishes a minimum age despite both being sold as adults-only.

This is worth stating plainly before any comparison: on the operator’s own evidence, you are choosing between two resorts whose size and whose age policy are both unknown.

The one real documentary difference

Antillas publishes a full street address on Palm Beach and sits among a documented strip where we hold a third property with far better records.

Paradise Island publishes no airport distance or drive time at all — the only resort in our entire coverage, across four countries and thirty-four records, that omits it completely.

That is not a small thing. Every other operator page tells you how long the drive is.

Food

Paradise Island is the stronger of the two here, and it is not close.

It names five venues individually with cuisine and service format: Atlantic as the main buffet with three themed nights, Tengoku for Japanese, Kulinarium for fusion, Bahamas as a steakhouse, Krystal as the gourmet room. It also claims six restaurants and then describes five, which we have flagged rather than tidied away.

Antillas names venue types only — fusion, steakhouse, Elite restaurant, main buffet — and commits to no count.

Rooms

Antillas publishes five categories, all junior suites or suites, three of them Elite Club including an ocean-front suite.

Paradise Island publishes only internal room codes, which is no use to a reader at all.

The site question, only at Antillas

Antillas shares its published address with a family RIU hotel. How the site divides is not stated anywhere.

Paradise Island has no such complication. If an unambiguously adult site matters more than anything else here, that is a point for the Bahamas.

Choose Riu Palace Paradise Island if

Dining variety and knowing what you will eat matters most, and you want a site with no family hotel attached to it. Accept that you will not know the transfer until you ask.

Choose Riu Palace Antillas if

You want published suite-grade room categories and a named premium tier, and you are comfortable sharing a plot with a family hotel.

Where the evidence cannot separate them

Room counts, pool counts, minimum ages, restaurant counts at Antillas, and mandatory fees at both. This is the thinnest evidence base of any comparison we publish, and we would rather say that than manufacture a verdict on top of it.
