The shape of the place

Paradise Island is small, bridged to Nassau, and almost wholly given over to resorts, a casino strip and their beaches. Cabbage Beach runs along its northern shore.

That geography has a straightforward consequence: you are not choosing a quiet corner versus a lively one, the way you are along seventy miles of Mexican coast. You are choosing a property on a compact island where the resort district is the island.

Its published dining is unusually well described — five venues named with cuisine and service format — and its published numbers are unusually sparse. Neither room count nor pool count nor minimum age appears anywhere on the operator’s pages.
