The same transfer, a different tier
Two point seven kilometres from Sangster International, ten to fifteen minutes — identical to the Palace property along the same stretch of Mahoe Bay. The location advantage is not exclusive to the higher tier, which is the useful thing to know.
What differs is the fit-out. Five pools with one swim-up bar here, against three infinity pools with swim-up loungers next door. Both are adults-only. Both run a 24-hour all-inclusive. If the transfer is what you are buying, this is the same purchase for less.
The barbecue
Among the themed restaurants — Italian, steakhouse, Asian — the operator specifically names an authentic Jamaican barbecue on the beach.
That is worth noting precisely because it is so rare. All-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean overwhelmingly publish the same four international cuisines, and the local food is the thing most often missing from a week inside a resort fence. A property that puts Jamaican cooking on the published list is signalling something about the stay, even if we cannot verify how good it is.
