The first adults-only resort in our coverage to publish an actual minimum age: 18. It is also the first Costa Rican property to publish an airport transfer – 9 miles and 25 minutes from Liberia – and it states honestly that its beach has no ramp access.

We have written the same paragraph on every adults-only profile in this project: the label is published, the number is not. Adults-only means eighteen at some properties and sixteen at others, and nobody says which.
This property says which. If a strictly adult environment is your reason for booking, it is the only one in our coverage you do not have to ring up and ask.
And the first Costa Rican transfer figure
9 miles from Daniel Oduber Quirós International at Liberia, approximately 25 minutes by car via Route 21.
Both RIU properties in Guanacaste publish no airport distance at all. This is the first and only Costa Rica transfer we hold, and at 25 minutes it is short by the standards of the province.
The accessibility note nobody else writes
The beach is the only area without ramp access due to the hotel’s hillside location.
An operator volunteering a limitation, specifically, with the reason. It is more useful than a page of accessibility marketing, and it tells a guest with mobility needs exactly what to plan around.
The shape of the place
Three restaurants — Italian, international buffet, Asian. Four bars. Two pools: a main pool with a snack bar and a relaxation pool with a wet bar.
The gym is open 24 hours. Premium brand drinks are named as included.
Room categories run Deluxe and Deluxe Bay View through six Premium Level grades including a 1 Bedroom, a 2 Bedroom and a Master Suite.
Two things to check before booking
Breakfast on the day of arrival is not included. The operator states it. Most resorts leave you to find out.
Room service runs 10:00 to 20:00, not around the clock.
What is not published
An exact room count — the operator writes “more than 163 rooms across 23 buildings”, so we have recorded the phrasing and no figure. The beach sand type. The mandatory fee schedule.
